— and they only fit together
when we tend to them together.

Meet Sam
An Asheville-born,
Charleston-rooted practitioner with a quiet devotion to her work.
Sam Goodman has called Charleston home for the past eight years, after growing up among the mountains and slow mornings of Asheville. Her devotion to health and wellness runs deep — not as a trend, but as a practice she returns to every day.
She built Collective Wellness around the belief that meaningful care begins with meaningful connection. Each session is shaped around the person on the table — their body, their season of life, the parts of them that need attention now.
The work is gentle, skilled, and unhurried. The space is yours.

“
Sam introduced me to cupping, which changed my life — it alleviated pains I’d had for years. Professional, kind, and so easygoing she goes with the flow, even with a loudly snoring bulldog nearby. Two thumbs up, ten out of ten.
“
Sam is a talented gem of a human. Every session she listens carefully, and I always leave lighter and more relaxed. Her private yoga lessons gave me the confidence to try poses I’d never have considered — inversions? me? never! Truly grateful.
“
She comes to me, in the comfort of my own home. I’m extremely ticklish and have always struggled to relax — but she reads me beautifully, knowing just when to go deeper and when to ease off. Ten out of ten.
A Collective Philosophy
Wellness isn’t a destination —
it’s the quiet practice
of returning to yourself.
We believe in slow, honest work. In relationships, not transactions. In tending to the body the same way we tend to the people we love — patiently, attentively, all the pieces at once.
