Learn practical rituals such as facial Gua Sha, dry brushing and cupping therapy in a 90-min class lead by Sam, Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist.
Intentional MovementBegin the day with a dynamic 90 - min vinyasa flow, led by local yoga instructor, Sam Goodman.
Interactive Self-Care WorkshopClose the day with grounding sound experience, led by Sam & Alli Drinkwater, certified sound healer.
Enjoy Time to Be Wander beneath the live oaks, explore the farm, stroll along the marsh, or settle into one of the deep back porches and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Lite bites & lunch freshly prepared in house by private chef & caterer, Mari Jo Ramie. Fresh juice, coffee, and tea available through out the day as well.

Sam Goodman
Sam is a licensed Massage & Bodywork therapist, as well as certified yoga instructor with over 10-years of teaching experience. Sam is owner of Collective Wellness, a massage & bodywork practice located in downtown Charleston. She believes that meaningful care begins with meaningful connection.

Alli Drinkwater
Alli is a certified sound healer based in Charleston, where she has been creating restorative experiences through sound healing since 2020. Through private and group sessions, as well as collaborations with Reiki, yoga, and other wellness practices, she creates intentional spaces for relaxation, balance, and connection.

Chef Mari Jo Ramie is a Syracuse native who found her culinary home in Charleston, where she has built more than two decades of restaurant, catering, and private-chef experience. She specializes in thoughtful, flavorful menus, including plant-based and allergy-conscious options, shaped by her work across Charleston’s vibrant culinary scene.

What does each ticket include?

The entire day’s activities; vinyasa flow class, self-care workshop, restorative yoga class with live sound bath, as well as snacks & set lunch. Additionally, each participant will receive a thoughtfully curated self-care kit featuring a Turkish towel, dry brush, Gua Sha tool, cupping set, and nourishing body oil.

What should I bring with me?

Yoga mat, water bottle, change of clothes, bathing suit (optional), any personal items for our downtime (book, journal, etc.)
We will ask for cell phones to be put away to allow everyone to disconnect & recharge.
